We couldn't be more pleased with Roger, and Element Pools. It's not the fact that the pool is absolutely sparkling... that's a must. It's that when we need something extra -- changing out a light, trouble-shooting a controller, prepping for a party -- Roger goes above and beyond. He's responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. Worth all 5 stars.

We made the switch to Element Pools and immediately noticed the improved service. The pools working like it should. Roger took the time to make some suggestions on equipment changes in order to lower PGE bills with a full energy analysis. Very knowledgeable.

Element pools provides exceptional service and comprehensive knowledge of pools and energy efficient equipment. Unlike many pool services that come in, add chemicals, clean out the skimmer basket, and leave. Roger takes the time that is necessary to make sure that the pool looks clean and beautiful. He is genuinely interested in your pool and treats it as if it were his own. Roger is extremely responsive to any extra care that the pool may need, and being local has made a huge difference in response time. I enthusiastically recommend Element to anyone who is tired of mediocre service from their current pool service. You will wonder, like me, why you didn't make the switch long ago.

The real test of a professional is not when things are all going great (or, in this case swimmingly) but, rather, when there is a problem. An installation that Roger made had issues that were not his fault, but he did everything in his power to make the situation right. Within a very reasonable period of time, the problem was fixed and the installation was first-rate. Higest recommendation!

We recently switched to Roger at Element Pool and we could not be happier. He came in, made some equipment adjustments and took our pool to the level it should be. He is very reliable and consistent and always keeps an open line of communication so you know what is going on with your pool. Very helpful with addressing energy issues and providing solutions!!

We switched to Element pools and are very pleased that we did. Maintenance of the pool has been outstanding and Roger has made a number of suggestions to improve the pool equipment with more efficient equipment. Pool looks and works great since we switched.

I discovered several years ago that my pool pump accounted for over 30% of my annual electric bills. Since then I've been trying to reduce the energy used by my pool. Roger at Element Pools is the first pool equipment expert I've found who focuses on pool energy use. He even provided an energy audit of my pool and made recommendations. Very helpful.
