AtFit From The Core, we specialize in getting your core fit. We are a custom-built Pilates and Conditional Training studio, founded in 2002. Located just off the 101 in Mountain View (here), we train clients from all over the Bay Area including Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Milpitas and Sunnyvale. We offer Pilates Equipment Training, Personal Strength & Fitness Training and small group Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer classes. Our team of experts will provide you with ways to achieve and maintain optimal fitness, including balance, flexibility, endurance and strength
