Dear sir,I'm in hotspot shield trail version till tomorrow,today I cancelled my subscription before 1day,but amount was charged today.how can I get my refund amount.
I paid $29.95 for a year's subscription of HSS Elite on 20th August. I live in the UAE. On signing in to my account I get a message that the subscription has expired. I have been trying to call and email for the last 7 days to resolve this issue. First ticket number was 788519 and now it is 790571. So the auto generating of ticket numbers works. But the problem is not getting resolved. No number or live chat available either. Seems I paid the money and HSS team walked away.
