My clients include employees with stock options or restricted stock units and small business owners transitioning from a sole proprietorship to a more formal business entity (LLC or S-Corporation).  I also provide tax and record keeping services to seniors and individuals assuming responsibility for their parent's tax returns due to an illness or death.
