I recently started working out here and really like it. All of the trainers are very nice and they have a great selection of equipment. The only drawback is the price and location.

Overtime is a great find for my needs at this point in my life and my health goals. Unlike other gyms I have used in the past, Overtime is just about working out and wanting to improve your health and general conditioning. I do not feel self-conscious around the very young conditioned athletes or the 40-somethings who have maintained their fitness as I struggle with my "new beginnings" at age 62.Overtime does not have a "vanity vibe." The yoga classes have been terrific for me and I look forward to eventually doing the spinning and other classes. The awesome massage therapist has done an outstanding job of contributing to my ability to go forward without injuring myself after a very long period of inactivity. The trainers are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The variety of exercise equipment is not just impressive, it is used constantly by everyone at every level. It is never boring.This is one of the best investments I have ever made in myself .
