TAMA is the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier self-defense training center. Our training programs are based on the principles of Reality-Based Self-Defense: whatever you learn and practice in class must work under the conditions of a no-rules street self defense. We offer ranked and progressive training in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Maphilindo Silat, and Grappling. We emphasize physical fitness and conditioning as a requirement for progression.
