RealOptions is a Pregnancy Medical Center serving Santa Clara County for over 30 years.  We provide free pregnancy tests, information on options, ultrasound services, referrals, and practical support including maternity clothes, baby clothes and baby furnishings.  We also provide first and second prenatal care for uninsured clients.  All of our services are confidential and provided at no charge to our clients.
